Alan Tulloch is The Kind Caricaturist.  My business name evolved out of customer comments which often noted that my caricatures were kind.

I have been drawing caricatures since the early 1990s and work out of south east Queensland Australia.  I can travel to draw caricatures or can work with customers online.

Gift Caricatures can take many forms and can be crafted to suit any budget. From left (above), the ‘king’ is a quickature using a pigment based felt pen, primarily showing the subject’s head withonly fingers and neck.  At middle, is a head and shoulders with decorative border that reflected the subjects self-deprecating description of herself.  This caricature has greater refinement through being drawn with pencil first and then inked with a fine brush.  At right is a caricature that was executed to be economic (through being only the head), yet embellished (through being coloured with multiple watercolour washes).
